A GOD DID EXPERIENCE OF RESILIENCE

This past week has really been a moment of resounding joy, love and fulfillment of community service with amazing people by attending Camp Adventure Africa Summer Camp Outreach 2024 with the theme – RESILIENT.

This is quite personal and refreshing to me because it’s not my first time, yet it always seems like I’m doing this for the first time, and to say that I’m excited of this camp is the very least.

We all slugged through the lush green of Erin Ijesha mountain, Osun state to Ipole Iloro, Ekiti state, and that speaks nothing less of us being resilient as the camp theme implies. This was such a great experience, away from the hustle and bustle of city life to connect with people and make friends out of strangers, to be and feel the core beauty of nature and immerse ourselves in it in a fun-filled and adventurous environment, to be equipped with leadership skills, to be involved in community service
to reach out to communities in remote locations with little access to basic amenities as a form of relief and impacting lives by donating educational materials, medical and hygiene supplies, clothings, and food supplies.

It’s amazing to see how we are able to do this together, with the aim of Leading, Loving, saving, and Serving others and communities with our skills in our diversity. And I’m so excited about what is yet to come after what I’d rather call a rejuvenating moment of leading our lives better.
