In the history of CAA, there has never been a king and queen but this summer camp, we went ahead to bring home our king and queen summer’23. First of it’s kind.
Welcome king TOMIWA and Queen TEMITOPE of summer 2023
It was a battle of knowledge, beauty and finesse. There were 14 contestants of 7 groups in which 2 were selected and crowned.

KING TOMIWA
Tomiwa Adetayo is a talented business professional with relevant leadership and IT skills, specifically in business analysis, operations, product, programme, and people management, Over the course of his career, he has demonstrated advanced expertise and implemented relevant strategies to refine the user experience and improve business processes for clients, employees and administration.
His experience working in the service industry has informed his knowledge in sectors such as IT, education, life coaching, social entrepreneurship, branding and PR, where he has been able to achieve excellence in leadership, administration, mentorship, operations, strategy, and implementation. He leads by example with a strong collaborative management style that motivates high-performing teams.
Tomiwa is a certified life coach with a niche in career coaching and advisory. Over the last 6 years, he has been able to influence over three thousand students, graduates and young professionals to make better career decision, thereby helping them to land their dream jobs and positioning them along desired professional path. He is a member of the Life Coaches Association of Nigeria (LCAN), where he currently serves as the Assistant head of IT.
During his undergraduate days, Tomiwa was recognised by the University of Lagos Management (Students’ Affairs Division) as one of the outstanding student leaders for his contributions to the UNILAG Anti-AIDS Club from the year 2011 to 2014. As a corp Member, he was certified as an outstanding Platoon leader, 2nd platoon, by the Adamawa State Governor during his service year. He is also a certified Forward Alumni of McKinsey & Company through their Forward Africa Program. He was distinguished by Mr. Akinwunmi Ambode (Now, Ex. Governor of Lagos State) for being an exemplary leader among other student leaders during a program at the Lagos business School in 2014.
Passionate about empowering people and communities, Tomiwa dedicates time to supporting social enterprises, NGOs, and non-profits working on the UN Sustainable Development Goals to achieve long-term social objectives and develop capacity for impact. Over a 12-year period, he has worked on projects for; Youth Empowerment Foundation (YEF), Action Health Incorporated (AHI), Hope World Wide Nigeria (HWWN), Lagos State AIDS Control Agency (LSACA), SEBECCLY Cancer Care, Strategy for Mentoring, Initiative and Leadership Empowerment (S.M.I.L.E), Ignite Africa, and Lagos State Government (Ministry of Sports), to name a few; also, for corporate brands such as Access Bank, Red Media Africa, and LCAN, among others. In 2019, he cofounded Reach the Peak Initiative (RPI) – a non-profit, focused on UN SDGs 2(Zero Hunger), 3(Good Health and Wellbeing), and 4(Quality Education); where he also directs operations and volunteer programs.
Whether streamlining processes or tackling complex social issues, Tomiwa approaches each challenge with devotion, diligence and a commitment to excellence. He finds fulfillment in both driving business results and effecting positive social changes.
QUEEN TEMITOPE
Temitope Ajao stands as a seasoned digital marketing professional, holding a prestigious affiliation with the Association of Digital Marketing Professionals in Nigeria (ADMARP). With an impressive track record spanning over seven years, Temitope currently holds the esteemed position of Founder and Growth Lead at The Sugary Growth, a distinguished Social Media Marketing Agency.
Her profound commitment to humanitarian causes finds expression through her role as a volunteer at Camp Adventure Africa. A respected Digital Marketing Professional, Temitope Ajao occupies a significant role within the Media team, skillfully orchestrating the organization’s marketing endeavors.
Furthermore, Temitope is also recognized as the esteemed digital marketing expert for GenerateBid, a forward-thinking cloud-based startup that extends vital support to small businesses in their pursuit of securing U.S. government contracts.
The distinction of being crowned the inaugural Miss Summer Camp for Camp Adventure Africa holds a special place in her heart. She perceives this achievement as an exceptional opportunity to represent Camp Adventure Africa, a prestigious organization she deeply cherishes.
